Can I cancel or change the dates of my reservation?

A reservation can be cancelled, but penalties will be applied.

•  If cancellation is more than 2 weeks before the rental, you pay 50% of the rental amount
•  If cancellation is less than 2 weeks before the rental, you pay 100% of the rental amount.

If you are unable to make it for the rental, it is possible to change the dates of the rental, free of charge, if the owner of the boat agrees.

A special weather report duing the dates of the rental or hazardous conditions allows the reservation to be cancelled or postponed at no charge. You must notify SamBoat via the "Cancellation request" button in the reservation or report a change of dates before the start of the rental.
