Depending on the reason, the cancellation insurance will reimburse you in case of unforeseen events* (illness, accident, job dismissal, change of holiday dates, etc.).
This insurance is offered by our partner Gritchen and your subscription is sent to you by email upon confirmation.
If you have subscribed to this option and wish to cancel your booking, you must make a cancellation request directly from your SamBoat space, then declare the cancellation to Gritchen.
